Background
I have over 20 years of experience across the creative and cultural industries, my journey has taken me from television producer to entrepreneur and creative business founder.
As an award-winning creative producer, historian, and published author with extensive experience in developing, producing, and delivering large-scale creative and cultural projects. I have worked with organisations, institutions, and individual artists to bring creative ideas to life — from early concept and strategic planning through to implementation and delivery.
These diverse experiences have given me first-hand insight into the challenges faced by ambitious women and creative professionals — from navigating freelance careers and project-based work to overcoming burnout, stalled career progression, and limited growth opportunities.
