THE RATIONALE
Why the Dorchester?
This is not the first time of brining ambitious women to the Dorchester. I started
the tradition two years ago, in 2024, when I brought my Mastered Cambridge
cohort together for a celebratory lunch following nine months of coaching and
development.
We combined celebration with learning, including a masterclass on pitching to luxury brands. The experience reinforced something I already knew: the right environment can change the quality of the conversation.
