I am an award-winning creative producer, historian, qualified professional corporate and executive coach and published author.
My career spans media production as a television producer, director, and consultant and the corporate, cultural, and heritage sectors. As a television producer and director, I produced and directed the first documentary focused on the intersectionality of race and disability in America.
As an entrepreneur, I recognised the lack of opportunities to showcase diverse films within the independent festival space. I created and produced an award-winning international media festival, securing long-term sponsorship with high-end brands. The sponsorship acquisition resulted in awards from Hollis and Arts and Business, numerous accolades to recognise the festival's uniqueness and recognition by H.R.H the Queen for outstanding media services in 2004.
As a historian and the founder and director of Black Oxford Untold Stories, I have
disrupted and challenged the traditional narratives and imagery of one of Britain's oldest Universities - the University of Oxford.
My seminal work resulted in placing a plaque on one of the University's oldest Colleges, - University College, in recognising the University's first black scholar - Christian Frederick Cole.
The unveiling of a photograph to commemorate the first black woman to achieve a degree from the University, Kofoworola Moore, with the launch of a scholarship fund in her name to assist young women from Africa to study at St Hugh's College, University of Oxford.

The Adventures of a Black Edwardian Intellectual -
The story of James Arthur Harley. 2022, Signal Books.
I have a proven track record of achieving tangible and practical results for my business and the range of organisations I have worked with from terrestrial broadcasters, national and local government, higher education, charities, and the third sector.
Thus far, my career has been an interesting journey. I am an authority on overcoming adversity and building a successful business. As a result, I am passionate about enabling and empowering women to realise their untapped potential to achieve their personal, career or business goals, and how to acknowledge and celebrate their success.
